NOTE: When a candidate is recommended it means that the candidate cannot be endorsed due to his/her position on life issues, but after consideration of the field of candidates and the importance of the race the candidate is recommended over the other candidates.  For example: Robert Dold is recommended in CD10.  Although he is not considered a pro-life candidate we are advised that he opposes tax payer funding of abortion.  He supports the ban on partial birth abortion, parental involvement laws and the Unborn Child Pain Awareness Act.  Therefore, he is recommended over the other candidates in that race.
